The Challenge

OneTrust is currently looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Global Source-to-Pay organization and lead our Strategic Sourcing function. Our team helps maximize value from OneTrust’s vendor relationships and ensures our internal business partners across various business units and functions have the products, tools, and services they need to succeed.  This person will be an expert in the technology sourcing space and will be an integral part of the evolution of the Strategic Sourcing function at OneTrust.

Your Mission

  • Conduct extensive contract reviews and negotiations across all third party spend categories to ensure OneTrust secures favorable business terms which include cost reduction and process improvements.  
  • Specific project tasks may include market research & analysis, data collection/management, cost modeling, RFx strategy development, RFx creation and management, supplier communications, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • Spearhead the development of award scenarios and recommendations for stakeholder evaluation, consideration and decision-making. 
  • Run the execution of spend management projects that accomplish key objectives. Those objectives may include savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved transparency & control of expenditures. 
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements. 
  • Leads QBRs with the supplier and the business to obtain optimal strategic outcomes 
  • Measure, handle and improve supplier performance against negotiated SLA s and quality metrics. 
  • Project manage and execute key vendor integration work streams of companies that OneTrust acquire, coordinate cross-functionally, and operate at ALL levels of the organization. 
  • Identify shared and net new suppliers between the OneTrust and the target company.  
  • Determine supplier transition/ integration plans based on your review of the contracts as well as data gathered from cross functional M&A teams and the target company. 
  • Execute work streams to align the target company’s vendor base  to OneTrust’s standards (e.g. renegotiating or consolidating supplier agreements, risk reviews, procure-to-pay onboarding, etc) 
  • Collaborate with and support Third-Party Risk Management stakeholders in initial review and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk (Identify risks and issues and execute on plans to mitigate or prevent those risks). 

You Are

  • BA/BS preferably with an analytical focus (Business, Economics, Accounting or Engineering)
  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests at the same time
  • End-to-end operations-mindset: Able to coordinate with accounting, finance, business stakeholders to streamline Procurement operations.
  • Process-oriented: able to develop playbooks and frameworks for due diligence
  • Experienced at developing and executing negotiation strategies
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to dissect problems
  • Demonstrated data guided approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$108,750$163,125 USD
