Overview:
The Manager of Strategic Initiatives directs and oversees supply chain projects to ensure new programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. These initiatives are highly cross-functional inside Supply Chain and across the organization. Develops project plans, risk analysis, training plans, communication plans, etc. to ensure project success. Facilitates regular cross-functional team calls, leadership check-ins and accountable for overall initiative success. Oversees all aspects of projects including schedule, adherence to metrics, risks, and communications. Ensures cross-functional team members deliver all work within schedule and to full project scope. Skilled in working in a highly matrixed environment. Experience leading others through influence and aligning team to objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops project plans and drives project milestones
· Spearhead and manage all projects through all projects phases from initiation to closure
· Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, delivery schedule and quality measures
· Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning skills
· Apply risk management assessment in project planning / ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of multiple complex high-priority projects

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required; PMP certification or equivalent training preferred; equivalent related project management experience is a plus
· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
· Strong collaboration and cross functional partnership skills; ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions.
· 1-3 years of experience managing medium-to-large scale projects and present complex results to senior levels.
· Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and financial skills.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications, including but not limited to MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Asana.
· Project management skills with the ability to multi-task and concurrently manage multiple complex projects in a cross functional environment
· Ability to appropriately prioritize and drive initiatives while operating in a highly matrixed environment.
· Self-starter with strong desire to identify and lead opportunities that drive significant business impact.
· Experience in supply chain, product management, call center, or financial project management experience and/or business process redesign experience in these areas is a definite plus
· Little (0-10%) domestic travel required
