As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level vision and practical, scaled business deployment and enablement of the business lines. You will also drive the execution of strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs to provide updates to leadership and the board of directors. Your responsibilities will include a critical, high-impact role bridging the gap between high-level artificial intelligence vision and practical, scaled business deployment. You will own initiative reporting cadence, cross-functional alignment touchpoints, and the ultimate execution of the roadmaps. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and M&A activities, while creating executive updates to leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Execute and Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to relentlessly execute and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Proactively identify, surface, and mitigate execution risks and operational blockers to leadership.
- Build and Execute Business Cases: Collaborate with Finance and business owners to align on pilot programs, success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and track ROI to ensure value realization.
- Lead Multidisciplinary Execution: Coordinate and hold cross-functional teams accountable to integrate AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows.
- Process Optimization: Partner with business owners to update workflows, ensuring seamless execution and leverage of AI capabilities.
- Value-Led Prioritization: Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact initiatives based on ease of execution and strategic value.
- Drive M&A Integration Execution: Coordinate and operationalize post-merger integration workstreams across functions, maintain integration trackers, actively drive progress against the deal thesis, and surface risks to leadership.
- Develop executive presentations: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates focused on milestone execution and delivery.
Who you are:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Execution, Operations, or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations that clearly articulate execution roadmaps and delivery metrics.
- Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights that inform immediate execution.
- Exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
- Strong financial, business, and operational acumen.
- Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong time management skills with the ability to adapt and maintain execution velocity amidst rapidly changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
