The Stewardship & Quality Manager leads the operational execution of data stewardship and data quality practices, ensuring trusted, well-managed data that supports analytics, AI, and business decision-making. This role partners with business and technology teams to improve data quality, strengthen stewardship capabilities, and drive accountability for data across the enterprise.

  • Lead and support the data steward community through coaching, guidance, and enablement activities.

  • Define, monitor, and report on data quality metrics, issues, and improvement initiatives.

  • Manage processes for issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution.

  • Ensure business metadata, data definitions, and critical data elements are documented and maintained.

  • Partner with data owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to improve data quality at the source.

  • Drive continuous improvement of stewardship and data quality processes, tools, and practices.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in data quality, data management, data governance, analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience working with data quality, metadata, and data governance tools and processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for data excellence.

  • Consistent and transparent data quality metrics are established across key data domains.

  • Data stewards are engaged, supported, and actively performing stewardship responsibilities.

  • Data quality issues are identified and resolved more efficiently, with a measurable reduction in recurring issues.

  • Business metadata and critical data definitions are maintained and trusted by users.

  • Improved confidence in enterprise data used for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Broadband Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $131,000.00

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-AG2
