Role Overview
Mastercard is seeking a results driven Specialist Sales professional to support the execution and growth of product solutions within the assigned region. This role partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, drive value creation, and support sales initiatives across Mastercard's product portfolio.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement capabilities to identify business opportunities, support product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a consultative approach, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Customer Engagement• Execute Specialist Sales strategies for products within the assigned region.• Implement customized solutions that drive value creation for customers and Mastercard.• Create customized presentation materials for customer demonstrations and sales opportunities.• Provide technical support in the commercialization of innovations and technology solutions to customers.
Market Intelligence & Business Development• Report market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry developments to relevant stakeholders.• Analyze business opportunities to identify potential clients and new product opportunities.• Participate in the sales pipeline management process.
Product Expertise & Cross Functional Collaboration• Assist in providing subject matter expertise on specific products and product segments.• Support the identification of product innovation opportunities and market needs.
Qualifications & Experience Required
• Experience in sales, business development, product management, payments, financial services, or related fields.• Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies and support customer engagement initiatives.• Experience developing customized client presentations and solution proposals.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences.• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.• Customer focused mindset with a consultative approach to solution selling.• Fluent in English.
