As Manager Solution Design (d/f/m), you will lead a team of Solution Designers, shape our solution portfolio, and turn customer needs into innovative, value-driven solutions. Working at the intersection of customers, business, and technology, you will drive growth and innovation at 4flow.

What your new challenge will look like?
Shape the strategy and future portfolio of 4flow Solutions by identifying market opportunities and customer needs
Lead and develop a team of Solution Designers who design solutions combining technology, processes, and logistics expertise
Translate complex customer challenges into clear solution concepts and guide technical teams in bringing them to life
Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions, including the use of AI and emerging technologies where they create real value
Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, software teams, and internal experts to create impactful solutions
Define success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback and business impact
Why you belong at 4flow:
You have 5+ years of experience in in product management, solution design, digital transformation, or a comparable role, preferably in the supply chain industry, and 2 years of experience in leading teams.
You have a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies and know when they create real value.
You have a proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in translating business challenges into technical solutions.
You demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience deploying technology, preferably in the supply chain industry
- Minimum 2 years experience leading teams
- Strong understanding of AI, generative AI and other emerging technologies
- Experience with digital solution development and integration
- Proven track record managing projects with multiple stakeholders and translating business challenges into technical solutions
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
