As a Risk Assessment & Recovery Analysis (RARA) Manager, the focus is to build and manage a team of creative problem solvers who are experts for RealPage. The RARA Manager is responsible for fostering a productive, people focused environment that drives employee engagement, internal partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction in solution consulting across RealPage products. The RARA Manager is responsible for understanding RealPage internal operations and maintaining a high-level of knowledge of RealPage products, interdependencies and implementation requirements. The ability to anticipate and communicate customer needs and identify customer barriers while prioritizing organizational goals and initiatives is an integral part of this leadership position.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and lead a team in creating, planning, managing and delivering Risk Assessments & Recovery Analysis (RARA) that strengthen customer partnerships
  • Engage with leaders across RealPage Business Units and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment in customer-facing activities
  • Lead portfolio customer engagements and drive exceptional performance of the team, including customer health, project timelines and risk mitigation
  • Partner with the Engagement Management functions in providing input for the larger implementation project plans and successful client delivery
  • Create and manage effective processes and consolidated deliverables that drive efficiency and support translation of information from the RARA BA Consultants to other internal partners
  • Drive customer satisfaction within your team and identify customer challenges, roadblocks and determine solutions to resolve and remove friction points
  • Support the team in planning and establishing go-live activities relative to solution integration to include possible training and continuing support
  • Manage assignment of new clients balancing team utilization, capacity planning and cost management
  • Own team and teammate development; establish and build strong teammate relationships that allow for mutual support, efficient communications and trust
  • Facilitate weekly 1:1 meeting with your RARA BA’s and CA’s to understand current needs and maintain an engaged, productive and appreciated work force of top talent
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or financial related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager type role
  • 2+ years success in a team leadership role
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in multifamily real estate consulting or customer facing technology deployments
  • Experience with data management, performance metrics, and analytical tools
  • Understanding of RealPage product families, dependencies, and integrations
  • Understanding of standardized software deployment tools and methodologies
  • Ability to engage and lead conversation with customer stakeholders and decision makers
  • Travel Required up 10%

  • Exceptional leadership with proven ability to drive outcomes with employees and teams
  • Background in technology, finance, consulting and/or project management
  • Prior experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deliverables are met

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
