This full-stack team owns our Distributed Tracing product, which gives customers visibility into their application workloads including AI agents and is mission-critical to the next generation of APM tools. You will lead a team of engineers, drive thought leadership, ship enterprise-ready products, improve operational excellence, grow engineering talent, and support the exponential data growth of our customers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align product and business goals

  • Hands-on experience with Java or other backend programming languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering products or solutions in cloud environments

Bonus points if you have
