Job Description Summary

  • As a Central Services Engineering Manager, you will lead CAT Digital's Cyber Security (SAT & LTA) & Central Services (Automation) and evolve security & Automation best practices.
  • This role supervises aspects of Cyber Security, LTA reviews, process automation including design, development, implementation of security solution & automation solutions to improve Cat Digital.
  • Contributes to overall Cyber Security strategy by identifying growth opportunities based on the latest threats, as well as managing security personnel and reporting on the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Also identify opportunities & approach on existing DevOps Processes automation.


Job Description

  • Work directly with the functional leaders to facilitate Security Assurance Testing, Risk assessment and risk management processes.
  • Acts as a SME for IT security overall architecture across portfolios and security domains.
  • Engage with functional heads and stakeholders in understanding the security compliance.
  • Strategize the security roadmap, implement systems, processes, and governance to meet organizational security requirements.
  • Participate in IT strategy covering infrastructure, internal systems and processes, information security and business continuity plans.
  • To design and implement a comprehensive checklist to manage information security including data security, application security, network security, endpoint security, secure logging and monitoring, cloud security, mobile security etc.
  • Ensure regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and develop and execute plans to mitigate these risks.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws as the relate to security
  • Ability to collaborate and influence multiple businesses to implement various Information Security processes.
  • Proficient in articulating/presenting the information security initiatives to various internal and external stakeholders including executive team.
  • Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
  • Secure Digital by Influence cultural changes to embrace the Security by Design Mentality.
  • Oversee Security Architecture Lifecycle - Completely Articulated Process across SDLC
  • Knowledge on Secure software/applications Development lifecycle, DevOps, Cloud Ops
  • Knowledge on DAST and SAST security tools
  • Experience on Application Architecture review for Security assurance team management
  • Experience in Process Automation tools enablement


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • 15+ years in Infrastructure technologies, Cyber Security , Automation
  • Experience in cloud and network security.
  • Experience integrating security practices into the SDLC Secure
  • Knowledge of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns.
  • Experience leading teams and people
  • Experience with Risk Management frameworks
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Candidates will have:

  • Relevant certifications including CISSP, CISA, CISM, AWS, Other Security preferred, Cloud Certifications
  • 10+ years working with Cyber Security, Infrastructure provisioning for Development team Cloud Development & enablement infrastructure.
  • 5+ Years experience in Cyber security domain practicing, treat analytics, Low level technical architecture reviews from security point of view, Security assurance programs , VAPT testing
