About the Role
The profile will play a key role in driving the technical direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end developers and UI engineers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Drive the execution of frontend/UI development projects from concept to delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and emerging front-end technologies. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the development of best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain effective testing processes to ensure high-quality frontend/UI deliverables.Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Skills
- Love programming and you are good at designing the user experience across platforms
- Aware of various product design, functional design and usability factors in designing
- Proven experience managing and leading frontend/UI development teams.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Handle UI integration with REST-APIs
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to address and resolve issues related to cross-browser compatibility and ensure a consistent user experience across different browsers.
Experience and Qualifications
- Overall of 10+ years of experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech in computer science, information technology or a related field.
