As the Manager, S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution), you'll play a critical role in steering near-term business performance by balancing customer demand, supply chain capabilities, and inventory health. This is an ideal opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution. You'll partner closely with teams across Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning to identify risks, address constraints, and drive actions that improve overall business performance while reducing inventory write-offs.
What are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or a related Supply Chain function within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Consulting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across competing priorities.
- Proven ability to make decisions using an end-to-end business perspective and balance commercial and operational objectives.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, R, Stata, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing inventory optimization, product lifecycle analysis, or write-off reduction initiatives.
- Familiarity with S&OP, S&OE, or Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Manage 0-13 week operational process, including incremental sales requests, supply challenges, allocations and weekly meetings.
- Key liaison between one demand team and customer service.
- Reviews readiness for key customer programs.
- Lead monthly cross functional finished good write off meetings.
- Lead allocation process on constrained lines.
- Drive for decisions on tension points across operating plan.
- Conduct finished goods (FG) product age analysis across all KNA categories.
- Proactively identify at risk inventory and communicate to the appropriate supply chain employees.
- Determine root causes of aging, at risk inventory through in-depth analysis utilizing production, shipment, and consumption data.
- Communicate product write-off reduction plans cross-functionally.
- Define and track FG write-off cost avoidance.
- Define and track FG write-off values versus previous years.
- Provide external benchmarking of FG write-off performance versus peers.
- Requires capability to deep dive into analytics, moving from category level insights all the way down to SKU level takeaways.
- Makes decisions based on an end-to-end view of the business (i.e. takes data from sales and commercial and determines the impact onto demand planning).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
