This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York Office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Overview:

  • The Social & Influencer Marketing team sets the brand social strategy as part of the overall Omnichannel consumer experience. Social strategy, social content planning, creator content, social copywriting and influencer partnerships are all functions performed by this team for Revlon and Almay.  

Responsibilities:

  • Reports into the Director of Social & Influencer, working closely with the larger Omnichannel Consumer Experience team and cross-departmental marketing teams 
  • Devise, communicate, and drive a comprehensive social and influencer marketing strategy, including KPIs, budget management, and calendar planning.  
  • Implements comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategies across digital platforms to acquire new users, build engagement and foster brand loyalty and growth.  
  • Develop, curate and manage high-quality and trend driven content for social channels, ensuring alignment with Brand voice, cultural moments and business priorities.  
  • Maintains social calendar initiatives across all platforms by working with the Social Content Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager and Brand teams 
  • Manages the internal influencer and content creation tracker and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure feedback and approvals are abiding by timelines 
  • Support social copywriting owned channel copy; identifying keywords and hashtags for content publishing to optimize SEO that is engaging and best practice per social platform.  
  • Monitor real-time social & beauty trends to activate the brands to participate in.  
  • Identify and cultivate brand advocates, content creators, influencers, partnerships for product seeding and brand relationships that will elevate brand perception and drive conversion.  
  • Brief content creators, influencers and agencies for content creation. Manage relationships and see that projects are completed from initial outreach to payment.   
  • Owns the content creation tracker and collaborates with the larger COE and Brand teams to produce impactful and engaging social content for Revlon & Almay.  
  • Maintain process workflows with teams to effectively brief creatives on storytelling focus and asset needs and ensure best-in-class execution and delivery of social marketing campaigns. 
  • Supports content creation and re-editing to fit platform when necessary. 
  • Ensures holistic approach to social: Brand/Evergreen/Lifestyle/Product stories; proactive real-time engagement content 
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and platform shifts  
  • Works closely with social insights team to execute breakthrough, culturally-relevant content and experiences in social media 
  • Works closely with trade marketing, media and retail teams to create and post content that supports our customers 
  • Monitor emerging platforms and trends to keep Brands at the forefront of digital innovation 
  • Content capture at in-person events and activations  
  • May need to be available after regular working hours in order to respond to requests in real time

Qualifications:

Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years in social media and content management 
  • Demonstrates experience in social media, social-first content development and influencer partnerships
  • Experience in personal care and beauty is a plus
  • Plus: experience with social engagement tools & platforms (i.e. Hootsuite, Traackr, TalkWalker, Tubular, etc.)

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
