WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Provide management oversight to the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for site location
-
Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Sleep Services activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team.

Assess the daily overall work duties to be completed, the scheduled patient testing activities, and the staffing needs.

Prepare, manage and control budget.

Monitor and analyzes any variances.
-
Oversee staffing, interviews, performance appraisals and creates an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to, and foster, motivation of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree - Required
-
5 years Medical/Healthcare/Related Field - Required
-
5 years Polysomnography Experience - Required
-
2 years Leadership - Preferred
-
Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) - Required -OR-
-
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - Required
-
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association - Required
-
Sleep Disorder Specialist (SDS) - Preferred
