Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, NOC, or DevOps, including at least 3 years in an SRE-focused role
- Skilled in infrastructure management, SRE, incident management, disaster recovery, RCA, and ITIL compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of routine maintenance, reporting, runbook updates, and security/compliance procedures.
- Prior experience in automation scripts and incident documentation
- Experience in managing end-to-end adoption of SRE principles
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional Certifications such as Google Professional SRE, Azure/AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or equivalent, ITIL 4 Foundation, SRE Foundation
