Join our team as a Manager, Site Budgets, where you’ll lead the development of investigator grants, per-subject cost estimates, and budgets for clinical studies. A Typical Day:
Develop accurate and timely investigator grants and per-subject cost estimates using fair market value tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and CROs to review and refine study-specific budgets.
Lead process improvements and training sessions to enhance site budgeting practices.
Provide subject matter expertise for assigned therapeutic areas and support peers with guidance.
Handle site budgeting escalations and resolve complex issues effectively.
Ensure internal systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Mentor and onboard peers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Engage with stakeholders from early planning through the budgeting lifecycle and present budget scenarios to study teams.

To Be Considered:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in clinical site budgeting and 6 months of mentoring or matrix-level management experience. A Master’s degree or Juris Doctor is preferred but not required.
