Manager/Senior Manager (Registration and Deregistration – GST Division)

[What you will be working on]

• Advise businesses on GST registration, cancellation, and scheme applications.
• Detect and mitigate GST fraud through reviews, field visits, and interviews.
• Leverage data analytics and risk assessment to strengthen fraud detection and decision-making.
• Drive process transformation through technological solutions (i.e. RPA, Python, GenAI) and other innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement GenAI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support taxpayer education and voluntary GST compliance initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

• Degree in Tax, Accountancy or Business.
• Knowledge in GST and/or minimum one year of audit/tax experience.
• Interest in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with capability to question and probe effectively.
• Resourceful and capable of working independently within a team.
