We are looking for a creative and media-savvy individual to join us. With an eye for detail, you enjoy making what we do come alive through news stories and creative content, particularly in area of sustainable development for manufacturing. You are well-read, a strategic thinker and have good knowledge in digital trends as well as interest in business news. As an experienced media professional who enjoys meeting people and building relationships, you will manage end-to-end projects, from conceptualising story pitches to organising media briefings, through to media monitoring and sentiment analysis. Excellent people skills, coupled with a strong sense of curiosity and drive, are required as you will be working with cross-functional teams. Your collaborative nature and openness to new ideas will help strengthen our integrated marketing approach.[What you will be working on]
- Develop compelling stories and media pitches that engage the target audience on multiple platforms
- Build close relationships with media and key influencers
- Develop internal stakeholders as key spokespeople for the organisation, including structured training programmes and performance coaching
- Work in cross-functional teams (brand, content, media, industry clusters) to develop integrated content strategies
- Work with partners on digital technologies for media monitoring, news amplification and sentiment analysis, leveraging analytics to measure impact
- Conduct data driven analysis to optimise continuously improve communications plans across mainstream and digital channels
- Develop and execute plans for crisis communications management
[What we are looking for]
- At least 5-8 years of experience in conceptualising and executing strategic communications plans with high-impact outcomes
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with a fluency in a second language preferred
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills
- Familiarity with the news and social media environment
- Confident yet approachable, with a collaborative mindset and natural ability to bring people together to achieve shared results
