We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/ Senior Manager - Controlling to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our financial controlling function, driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee the financial controlling team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement robust financial control systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance and profitability
- Manage cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization across the organization
