Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth by leading a sales-driven team of Scaled Sales Associates dedicated to growing the top accounts within the SMB segment through different inbound and outbound channels (chat, phone, zoom & email).
• Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and quotas to achieve team targets
• Coach, motivate, and inspire team members, providing ongoing development to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and prouct to align efforts and maximize customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $160,400 - $213,900
Zone B: $144,400 - $192,500
Zone C: $133,200 - $177,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
