The Operations Manager is responsible for providing support to the Omnichannel sales organization in its day-to-day business operations and will lead the implementation of standardized operating processes across channels. The role will create and manage efficient processes, improve communication, develop tools, and facilitate cost management. In this role the individual will manage a team of a Sales Operations Manager and Sales Coordinator and provide direction and support to them while looking for ways to improve efficiency and productivity through people development and process improvement. Additionally, the Operations Manager will serve as a conduit through which information flows cross-functionally and therefore supports the overall business of the sales channels and division. It will require close co-operation with Sales, Demand Planning, Factories, Supply Chain, Product Category, Finance, as well as Logistics to meet the company targets regarding growth and profitability.

What You Need to Know:

• Coordinate cross functionally between sales and organization to improve efficiencies and improve develop processes where needed. Ability to pinpoint opportunities across business functions and synthesize interconnectivity within those groups.

• Support sales directors with annual line review process (samples, marketing collateral, merchandising concepts) are available to assure a successful line review

• Weekly POS analysis at the macro and micro level, with emphasis on variables including advertising, promotional activity and weather.

• Facilitate the creation of required materials for standing monthly meetings, including Billing, Order Ship, Commercialization and Staff meetings. Effectively communicate business results and solutions proposals to organizational leadership and cross functional departments.

• Work cross functionally within Sales and Supply Chain to enhance business processes across the value chain. This includes creating forecasting, demand planning, and overall operational efficiencies to improve service levels to customers across NA division.

• Ongoing reviews of inventory and product changes that require Customer order management.

• Drive the sales planning, volume budget, forecasts and capacity reviews for the division across NA.

• Ad hoc reporting as necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree

• 4-7 years business analytics / supply chain experience

• Mastery level skill within Excel, Access, and consolidation of data from multiple sources, with ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large sets of data

• Highly developed project management skills (i.e. initiating, execute and follow-up projects)

• Depth and breadth of experience with customer channels, product mix and brand strategy

• Strong influencing skills, ability to influence without authority

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to organize data in a way that is understood and can lead to improved decision making

• Strong accountability and problem solving capability

• Able to manage day to day demands while also creating and executing to long term strategy
