Your Impact:
- Drive Sales Success: Lead the pre-sales process for our Contact Center solutions by working closely with customers to gather their requirements and craft solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Deliver Winning Proposals: Create compelling responses to RFI, RFQ, and public tenders that demonstrate the value of Broadvoice’s technology.
- Engage in Solution Presentations: Showcase your technical expertise by delivering impactful presentations that illustrate the capabilities of our Contact Center solutions.
- Shape Future Solutions: Identify new features and innovations needed to stay ahead in the evolving Contact Center landscape.
- Lead a High-Performance Team: Manage and inspire your team of sales engineers, ensuring top-tier technical support and strategic alignment with our goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Expertise in Contact Centers: A background in engineering or a similar field with solid experience in Contact Center operations.
- Pre-Sales Mastery: Proven track record in pre-sales within voice and Contact Center software solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing a technical team, driving results, and fostering growth is a must.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with Windows OS, databases, IP protocols, scripting tools, and voice-over-IP systems is essential to your success.
- Project Management: Your ability to coordinate and manage projects in the tech space is highly valued.
- Global Readiness: Fluent in English and ready to travel as needed to support our global mission.
