Manager, Sales Enablement, Small and Medium Enterprises (Content Creation)
Overview
The Asia Pacific Small and Medium Enterprises team is looking for a creative and passionate Manager, Sales Enablement to help our sales team win with clients. his role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design, and technology, and plays a critical part in elevating how we show up in front of customers. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft high-impact client pitches, videos, and product showcases that are visually compelling, on-message, and tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong agency mindset, hands-on content creation skills, and curiosity for using AI to scale and accelerate content production.
Role
In this position, you will:• Partner with sales teams to develop top-rated client pitches, presentations, and customized storytelling assets• Design and produce sales videos, demos, and product showcases for use in customer meetings, events, and digital channels• Create and refine PowerPoint / slideware that is visually strong, narrative-led, and truly wows the end client• Edit and produce video content, including basic motion graphics, captions, and post-production enhancements• Leverage AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale video, image, and presentation content efficiently• Translate complex product and value propositions into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly narratives• Continuously improve content quality based on feedback from sales teams and customer interactions
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:• Experience working in a creative or content agency, or in a similar environment producing client-facing materials• Strong hands-on skills in PowerPoint / presentation design and visual storytelling• Practical experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for generating or enhancing video, images, and creative content• A good eye for design, pacing, and narrative flow• Ability to work closely with sales teams and adapt content quickly based on customer context• Comfort juggling multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail• Curiosity, be proactive, and excited about experimenting with new tools and formats• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, "can-do" mindset
