As a Sales Development Manager at Conga, you will lead, inspire, and optimize a best-in-class Sales Development team dedicated to driving pipeline generation through outbound efforts. You’ll play a crucial role on the leadership team in building the future of our revenue growth by developing strategic prospecting methods, improving team productivity, and delivering high-quality opportunities for our sales organization. Your passion for empowering your team and your commitment to achieving exceptional results will be critical in this role.
Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence to ensure alignment and consistent success in driving qualified pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and Develop: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring their growth and success.
- Drive Performance: Hold your team accountable to meeting and exceeding pipeline creation goals and activity expectations.
- Enhance Productivity: Leverage sales methodologies, tools, and professional development programs to improve the quality and quantity of meetings set.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other leaders to refine messaging, qualification guidelines, and process improvements.
- Leverage Insights: Utilize Salesforce and performance data to identify actionable insights, drive strategic coaching sessions, and implement enhancements to the team’s performance.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- Proven Leadership: 2+ years of high-performing sales development leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding team expectations.
- Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including cold calling and creating pipeline for a SaaS sales team.
- Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional ability to engage with senior management and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable Innovator: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and consistently drive process and performance improvements.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other inside sales technologies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Passionate Leader: A genuine passion for developing people and creating a culture of excellence within your team.
What Gives You an Edge
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management software, including CPQ and CLM, or familiarity with the Salesforce platform.

Compensation
In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
The U.S. OTE salary range for this full-time position is $136,000 - $170,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
