Job Description
The RPA Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and managing the end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring automation initiatives deliver measurable business value while adhering to governance and operational standards.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for automation projects.
- Conduct process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, including planning, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Facilitate UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and delivery standards.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation programs.
- 3+ years of experience delivering RPA solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements.
- Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies.
