About the Role: Lead the Advanced NAND Process Integration team responsible for defining and enabling Micron's next-generation NAND technology roadmap. This role drives technology pathfinding, advanced architecture development, and cross-functional execution while building and leading a high-performing global engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the NAND technology roadmap, pathfinding strategy, and advanced architecture development by identifying critical technology gaps and leading cross-functional innovation to enable future product requirements.
  • Lead technology development from concept through delivery, including process architecture definition, CSPEC/FMEA development, test vehicle execution, manufacturable solution development, and workflow optimization to accelerate learning and execution.
  • Lead global NAND pathfinding projects in partnership with Device, Design, Probe, Test, Reliability, Yield, Operations, and Process teams to deliver key technology milestones and drive successful execution.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and data-driven methodologies to improve engineering productivity, quality, decision-making, and overall development effectiveness through responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical and organizational leadership with a proven track record of success in semiconductor technology development, NAND process integration, and early silicon pathfinding.
  • Deep understanding of NAND architecture, layout, device physics, process integration, yield, and reliability, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and define strategic technology direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build high-performing organizations, and deliver results in fast-paced technology development environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align teams around clear priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Digital fluency and the ability to effectively leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.

Education and Experience level:
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of semiconductor technology development experience.
  • Experience in NAND technology development, process integration, technology pathfinding, or advanced technology development is strongly preferred.
