Job Description

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in restructuring, insolvency and turnaround advisory while working in a fast-paced, project-based environment that will continue to develop your technical, commercial, client management and leadership capability. 

You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client outcomes, work closely with experienced senior leaders, support the development of junior team members and play an active role in the growth of the Singapore Restructuring practice.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Restructuring team in Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact engagements, partnering with clients as they navigate financial, operational and strategic challenges. 

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering restructuring, turnaround and insolvency solutions that help clients preserve, recover or create value. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage discrete workstreams, analyse financial and commercial information, and develop practical recommendations that support real business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

As a Manager in our Restructuring practice, you will:

  • Lead and deliver restructuring, turnaround and insolvency workstreams across a range of industries. 
  • Analyse financial, operational and commercial information to assess business performance, viability, risks and value drivers.
  • Support clients to understand their financial position, cash flow challenges and restructuring options. 
  • Prepare clear, practical and commercially sound recommendations for clients and stakeholders. 
  • Develop high-quality reports, presentations, analysis and client deliverables.
  • Manage project teams, allocate tasks, review work and support the development of junior team members. 
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, lenders, creditors, legal advisers and other professional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development activity, including research, proposals, credentials and pitch materials.

Qualifications

You will bring strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and the confidence to work in complex, sensitive and time-critical client environments. 

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. 
  • Approximately 3–6 years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround, consulting, audit, transaction advisory, financial advisory or a related professional services environment. 
  • Experience managing workstreams, reviewing analysis and supporting client deliverables. 
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including experience working with financial statements, business performance information, cash flow analysis and commercial data. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations. 
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with clients, senior leaders and external advisers.
  • The ability to coach, support and review the work of junior team members. 
  • A collaborative, resilient and adaptable approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Skills Required
