Position Summary
Support external financial reporting, including 10‑K, 10‑Q and 8-K filings, Quarterly Financial Supplement (QFS) earnings release support, XBRL and related disclosures under US GAAP. Performs Variance analysis, Free cash flow reports to assess cash available at holding companies, assists in quarter‑end and year‑end close, handling auditor's queries ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation and comprehensive review of 10K/10Qs, Earning Releases, QFS, XBRL, Forepart sections and financial statement footnotes
- Variance analytics, threshold assessments, validating variance commentary, manage HFM reconciliations, track and consolidate reporting submissions, escalate delays.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of reported information across documents.
- Collaborate with various LOBs and external auditors
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes
- Support and execute automation initiatives across reporting platforms, including HFM, OBIEE, and Workiva/Wdesk

• Prior experience in SEC reporting with strong expertise in U.S. GAAP
• Strong understanding of financial reporting systems and platforms, including Workiva, HFM, Peoplesoft and related reporting tools
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and Power Platform-based automation
Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
