Job Purpose
The Wealth Commercialisation Manager is responsible for driving the growth, monetization, and go-to-market strategy for wealth management products and digital wealth solutions. This role bridges the gap between product development, marketing, sales enablement, and tech/digital channels to ensure products achieve high adoption, target revenue, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercialisation strategies for new and existing wealth management products (e.g., unit trusts, structured products, FX, bancassurance, etc).
Establish key performance metrics (AUM, revenue, active customer count, product penetration) and drive cross-functional execution to meet business targets.
Identify target customer segments, value propositions, and optimal pricing strategies in collaboration with product and analytics teams.
Leverage customer analytics and behavior data to optimize product positioning and drive conversion rates across self-serve and assisted channels.
Collaborate with Marketing and Segment teams to plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing and promotional campaigns.
Develop sales collateral, toolkits, and product training materials for Relationship Managers (RMs) and front-line advisors.
Track campaign ROI and continuously refine commercial messaging based on performance data.
Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to ensure all commercial initiatives meet regulatory standards and are delivered on time.
Monitor competitor landscape, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify new commercial opportunities or potential risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in wealth/segment management
Key Skills & Competencies
Wealth Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of wealth management solutions (e.g., investments, foreign exchange, insurance, advisory).
Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, campaign execution, and market penetration.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze sales performance, user funnels, and customer data to make strategic decisions.
Project Management & Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to rollout.
Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams.
