The Job
The Manager, Regional Brand Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping the Company's brand marketing strategies, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, and culturally attuned. In this role, you will help oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, including the creation and management of major brand marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive consideration, and foster affinity among both new and existing audiences. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will develop tailored strategies for different countries and collaborate closely with various internal teams to create marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience and effectively impact business goals (revenue and subscriptions)

The Daily

  • Lead comprehensive 360-degree brand marketing campaigns and activations, overseeing strategy, concept, and execution while managing day-to-day communications with external agencies and internal key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage timelines to ensure timely deliverables, identify potential roadblocks, and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and agency partners to develop and execute Max brand launch campaigns.


  • Partner closely with the analytics and research teams to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessing the impact of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Craft presentations, write compelling briefs and communication plans, perform campaign post-evaluations, extract key learnings and strategic directions for future initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to shape brand marketing strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with other key departments including Creative Services, Acquisitions, CRM, Publicity, Affiliate Marketing, Insights and Research, Legal, Merchandising, and Programming to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging, as well as communicating essential information to each department.
  • Proactively manage and track marketing and media budgets to maximize the effectiveness of spend across relevant paid channels and touchpoints.

The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Marketing, along with 5+ years of experience, ideally in entertainment, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or consumer marketing sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complete brand management process, with a proven track record of independently leading campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking, analytical capability and communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work effectively across various organizational levels within a matrixed environment, influencing and communicating effectively.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with demanding timelines.
  • Self-motivated initiator who not only launches campaigns but also innovates on processes and continuously evaluates growth metrics.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, able to handle tight deadlines and changing priorities with composure.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in creating compelling presentation decks, synthesizing strategic positioning, and visualizing proposals effectively.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills (proficiency in an additional Asian language is advantageous).
  • Must be a passionate enthusiast of entertainment and pop culture, keenly following industry trends and deeply engaged with our own content and product.
