Job Description
To deliver real value to Standard Bank Namibia brand by developing and implementing the Offline and Online Communications Strategies, Public and Stakeholder Relations, Digital and Content Marketing Plans and Proactive Reputation Building in order to build long-term equity brand and to deliver on the business strategic aspirations and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, Digital & Social Media or related field is preferred
- Post Graduate qualification in related field will be an added advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years experience in a Senior Management and/or Management role in Public Relations & Communications
- 5 years demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into clear Marketing & Communications strategies, integrated campaigns and deliverables.
- The role requires an individual with a good understanding and experience of the entire Brand and Marketing value chain with specific focus on Communications that includes Public and Stakeholder Relations, Marketing & Communications strategies, Offline and Online Communications, Digital and Content Marketing Plans and usability best practices.
