Manager, Project Management – Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional project management professional with product launch experience to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. TMTT is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease in order to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives. As the Manager, Project Management you will initiate, plan, execute, control, and manage all aspects of launch project(s) to ensure readiness at the target product launch date.
How you will make an impact:

Partner with launch marketing lead and global cross-functional team to define the requirements, success criteria, and deliverables for new product launches

Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across various departments and functions involved in the preparation for introduction of new products to the market

Develop credible project management timelines with clearly defined task owners, and drive the execution of launch readiness tasks as defined in the timeline

Facilitate recurring and ad hoc cross-functional team meetings across various levels of the organization to track execution, identify risks and issues, and facilitate team decision-making

Manage changes to the project scope and schedule

Collaborate with project cross-functions to identify risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and communicate and escalate risks as appropriate

Manage team member and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communication

Ensure clear communication of project status, risks / issues, and achievements to project teams, stakeholders, and project sponsors

Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvement

This role will support global and regional teams and must be available to work global hours

Up to 25% travel
What you will need (required):

Bachelor's Degree in related field
-
Minimum 8 years of hands- on experience managing projects of increasing complexity

Proficiency with MS Project

Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodology

Previous product launch experience within a regulated environment

Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders

Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior level executives

Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems

For California the base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced).
