Project Manager with Business Analyst Experience

In this role, the Project Manager role will work closely with Developers, Infrastructure and Business to drive project timelines, documentation estimation, and delivery

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis for strategic STP projects and enhancements across Rates and FX Desks and F2B Trade Support
• Tracking and coordination with Developers, DevOps, Infrastructure, Network Teams and Business
• Facilitate daily/weekly Developer scrums, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support agile activities, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, product backlog grooming, and identifying key dependencies and risks
• Lead new projects from inception through go live, managing the project lifecycle across authoring Project Initiation Documents/Business Requirements Documents, Status Reports, leading Front to Back UAT across Users/Developers
• Collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads on the creation of the solution roadmap and providing timely status of deliverables related to roadmap execution.
• Document QA test plans and execute test cases. Liaise with business users to create test plans, manage testing, and track defects, enhancements, and questions.
• Write user documentation and conduct training sessions on new functionality as needed.
• Assist with production implementation & coordinate user validation across impacted Control Functions
• Participate in general BA work including production support and BAU enhancements of in-house business applications.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with focus on meeting deadlines, objectives, and ability to learn new products and systems in a timely manner
• Strong bilateral and cleared Rates and FX Products experience across Risk Analysis, F2B Trade Flows and Market Operations
• Subject matter expertise across external vendors trade affirmation platforms(Markitwire, RTNS) SEFs(Tradeweb, Bloomberg, ICAP) CCPs(LCH, CME, ICE, JSCC Direct / FCM Clearing)
• 8+ years of experience in bank capital markets as a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience relating to Front, Middle Office and/or Back Office system implementations or equivalent operational experience.
• Prior Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets or Fixed Income Products, ability to demonstrate projects successfully launched and benefits
• Front to Back Trade support experience across booking new trades, trade affirmation, clearing, lifecycle events (Allocations, Novation's, Backloading)
• Working knowledge trade lifecycle F2B from Trade Execution(SEF / Off SEF) through affirmation, risk capture down to settlement of cash flow, variation margin initial margin
• SIMM IM vs Cleared IM, Risk Weighted Assets, MPOR, Delta, Present Values etca plus
• Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management a plus, understanding the difference of ISDA Credit support Annex Reg IM, VM, CDEA's and the impact to trade lifecycle management
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong skills working with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point & SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree. Finance, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
