Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a services delivery leader possessing a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Ten years of relevant professional experience in project and/or delivery management
- Effective organizational & interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Successful track record for leading, managing and growing the EMEA Project Management organization
- Demonstrated ability to guide and counsel direct reports, being individual contributors as well as 1st line managers
- Extensive experience in collaborating with business owners to determine their needs for addressing their growth and potential
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery escalations focused on increasing customer and internal stakeholder satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop effective stakeholder relationships
- Considerable experience with relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale customers, project management methodologies and deployment/operational considerations
- Comfortable traveling for work as needed
- At ease operating in a dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ready to make yourself accountable
Position Expectations
As a team leader within the MongoDB Professional Services organization, you will:
- Be responsible for successful execution of the territory project portfolio in EMEA with the focus on customer success and MongoDB growth
- Be comfortable to operate in a 1st line and 2nd line managerial role
- Define and establish principles and guidelines for continuous professional development of the geographically distributed project management teams, building ever-improving professional services professionals
- Have an understanding of the existing skill sets / skill levels existing in the EMEA PMO organization
- Set up individual, sustainable development plans based on the skills assessment
- Collaborate with other functions across the company, contribute to global Professional Services business strategies, development and execution
- Maintaining excellent CSAT
- Be willing to "roll-up sleeves" and contribute to execution and improvements across the business as needed
- Aggressively maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, attracting the highest quality talent in the industry to support excellence and rapid growth
- Promote and demonstrate a culture of trust and excellence
