Job Description
The Manager, Project Management leads the delivery of complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and client relationships. You will oversee project execution from initiation through delivery, including installation and client acceptance of capital equipment, software, and system integration solutions. You will manage budgets, resources, and cross‑functional teams to achieve revenue, cost, and quality targets while developing high‑performing project management talent.
You will report to the EMEA LCS Project Management Lead based in South Africa.
You will work hybrid in South Africa, Turkey, UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia (flexible location within META).
The META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) project management teams will be reporting to this role.

Your Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex projects, resolving diverse operational, technical, and challenges.
- Oversee departmental activities, including cost control, staffing, methods, and performance outcomes.
- Provide guidance to project managers to meet schedules and resolve issues.
- Plan and manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and performance requirements to achieve goals.
- Be a point of coordination across cross‑functional teams, customers, and company partners.
- Lead collaborative efforts across functions, divisions, and customer interfaces to ensure delivery.
- Recommend process improvements, establish procedures, and contribute to policy enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships and networks with customers, peers, and senior all partners.
- Establish effective communication lines with Business Leadership, Engineering (local, regional), Project Manager Office (PMO), Operations, Finance, Quality and EHSS, Legal, Presale functions, Customer Success, and Supply Chain.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- PMP Certified
- The ability to travel 25% of the time (a valid driver's license)
- 5+ years' experience in customer-facing project management responsibilities with focus on industrial systems, solutions and services delivery
- Experience in leading a team to successful execution
- Easily adapts to change
- Work and make decisions under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership capability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and drive execution excellence while leading and developing high‑performing teams, managing complex stakeholders, solving problems effectively, and taking full ownership for delivering results against business priorities.
