Title and Summary
Manager, Products and Solutions
The Security Solutions (SSO) team is responsible for MasterCard's safety and security related products to protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem and provide cyber threat intelligence, ensure payments are convenient yet secure. The products are primarily focused on authentication, fraud prevention, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, threat intelligence, cyber risk, that serve various customer segments such as, but not limited to issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors and consumers.
Overview
The Manager, SSO Thailand Product Lead will report to the Vice President, SSO SEA West (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) Division Lead, and will have ownership of the complete SSO Product and Solution suite in the market. He/She will work closely with the Thailand Country Team, Asia Pacific Regional Product team, SSO Sales Leads, Services Business Development Team, Customer Success Team, Delivery Team, to determine market needs and support GTM roll-outs/ongoing support and maintenance of these products within the Thailand market.
The position will be responsible for managing existing and new customers with a focus of supporting the customer with product information and technical support in the market. This would require interacting with cross-functional internal teams across geographies and deliver timely support and solutioning to the customers.
The position will also be responsible for supporting VP SSO SEA West in Product Suite P&L reviews, to analyze product line revenue performance, pacing and budgeting. • Can you develop and articulate, to internal and external audiences (e.g. issuer, acquirer and merchant partners), thought leadership on current fraud trends and customer needs, best practices, implications for product rollouts, and future product opportunities? • Do you have a keen eye for detail and are able to solution rationally and effectively?• Do you have a customer centric mindset and a proven track record of successfully building rapport and supporting customers?• Can you partner effectively in a diverse cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders?
Role• First point of contact in the Thailand Market for SSO product and solutions related queries from customers and the account management team. Support customers with their day-to-day/training needs, communicating strong value story of SSO products and solutions• Foster and maintain a close partnership with various stakeholders - Thailand Country Team, Asia Pacific Regional Product team, SSO Sales Leads, Services Business Development Team, Customer Success Team, Delivery Team and key customers to gather feedback, drive product improvement and successful rollout of solutions to issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and consumers. • To be the "voice" of the Thailand market to Regional Product teams and provide insights/feedback for product development efforts, GTM tailoring, product narrative creation, etc.• Monitor monthly finance reports for on SEA West's (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) product revenue performance, analyze and deep-dive on any deviations/risks and timely communication with various stakeholders• Devise and implement strategies for product rollout and drive adoption for newly launched products. Support market with adequate analysis as required to demonstrate the value of the products. • Support market communication, awareness and overall safety and security narrative.• Demonstrate thought-leadership, product/technology development expertise and strong project management skills in the integration of technology into new product and service solutions.
All about You• This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas, regions and executives.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis/synthesize data, and provide recommendations effectively • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines• Knowledge of broader payment and transaction ecosystem across channels and rails, payment security solution space and processes • Prior knowledge in transaction scoring & rule management solutions, as well as knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and space would be a plus • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible• Ability to embrace complexity, but deliver/articulate simply. Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
