We are hiring a Production Control Manager for our location in Belmont, Mississippi.  The Production Control Manager manages the day-to-day and long-term tactical production control planning, scheduling, flow of materials and monitoring to ensure customer requirements are met while achieving goals and objectives for asset utilization, cost, and optimization.

Salary Range: $95k-$135k

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Manages the department and the development of standard procedures to allocate and control resources and materials effectively. 
• Establishes monitoring and processes to identify and plan for problem resolution with demand changes, inefficiencies, and inventory in production operations. 
• collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and develop best practices to achieve requirements.
• Plan Raw Components
• Place and Manage Purchase Orders
• Manage Incoming Freight
• Receive and Manage Inventory
• Schedule Production
• Manage Manufacturing Orders and Production Reporting
• Bill of Materials Set-up and Maintenance
• Oversee Production Documents and Labels
• Plan Inventory Levels, Budget, & Control
• Plan and Manage Staffing
• Ensure Health and Safety Standards
• Develop & Manage Metrics and Reporting
• Lead Cost Savings Initiatives
• Develop and Implement Standard Operating Best Practices

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance related area
• 3 Years’ experience in planning, inventory, or purchasing areas
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Effective leader and collaborator across all levels of the company
• Excellent report building and analytical skills
• Effective communicator and presenter
