Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage development teams in designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven enhancements to the CCH Axcess software suite, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient execution of two- to three-week iterations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product, operations) to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project tasks and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams, product management, and business leaders, to keep all parties informed on progress and risks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by fostering an environment where teams are encouraged to regularly assess and optimize processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery, balancing functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and scalability.
  • Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years managing development projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations staff, to deliver complex software projects.
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications in a production environment (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and processes (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of managing projects through Agile delivery cycles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, product management, and executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges related to timelines, technical constraints, and project resources.
  • Experience managing the delivery of software services and components that require integration with modern AI/ML frameworks (such as large language models), even if not directly hands-on with AI development.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and large language models, with an understanding of how they can be applied in software products.
  • Experience working with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployments and operations of cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies in a product development context.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating AI-based projects, ensuring that AI integrations align with product development goals.
