We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a strategic member of the product marketing team, working to develop and successfully execute against marketing plans for products and services in the Point of Care Solutions for Community Oncology and Network Expansion for Health Systems.
Your top responsibility is to ensure commercial success from both a growth and retention perspective of our products, services and partnerships across community oncology and health systems. You will become a subject matter expert about our customers, buyers and competitors, and translate your analysis of the market into actionable positioning and go-to-market strategies.
You'll partner closely with the teams across customer success, sales, product management, and marketing & communications to drive marketing strategies and the creation and optimization of content that resonates with our audiences. You'll work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to share our products and services with customers, and provide client-facing support at industry events.
In addition, you'll:
- Be the expert on our market, buyers, users, and competitors to inform marketing, product, growth, and client engagement strategies
- Develop and execute product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings, including new features, products, and services
- Create compelling product messaging, storylines, and market-facing content (sales collateral, case studies, thought leadership) that differentiates Flatiron from competitors and enables the sales and customer success teams to deepen relationships with strategic accounts
- Drive research for market and customer insights that capture the voice of the customer and inform strategies across marketing, product, growth, and retention
- Develop and maintain a client-facing version of the Point of Care product roadmap (presented to customers 2x/year)
- Partner cross-functionally to explore the feasibility of new ideas and identify opportunities to enhance and further differentiate existing offerings
- Drive commercial success by executing marketing tactics - including conferences/events, web presence, and digital demand generation - in close collaboration with the broader marketing organization and cross-functional teams
- Develop content and provide on-the-ground support for sales, customer success, and members of the Leadership Team at industry events and conferences

You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems every day.
- You have excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex ideas for a range of audiences, including customers and executive stakeholders
- You have exceptional project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of timelines, collaborators and stakeholders
- You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
