Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive the platforms, products and solutions. This role requires an individual with outstanding business product management skills and understanding of technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both products and technical environments, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of Consumer Acquisition and Engagement, and its platforms, products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Product Strategy & Management: Understand products and identify potential opportunities from new and existing customers, develop product strategy and manage.• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with issuers, merchants, and partners to sell and promote our Consumer Acquisition and Engagement(CAE) platforms and products.• Platform & Solution Management: Understand and articulate the advantages and benefits of our CAE platforms and solutions to customers, collect requirements, create win-win relationship.• Work closely with region team to deliver customers platforms and product implementations, customer journey and user experience strategies.• Stakeholder Management: Navigate and manage complex environments with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure smooth development processes and customer satisfaction, work closely with account management team to execute entire product sell-in process(business development, contracting, implementation, project management, product launch and performance improvement).• Opportunity tracking, revenue forecasting and budget management: Responsible to manage Salesforce for opportunity pipelines, work to achieve target budget for the year.• Develop go-to-market plans for customers' platform/product launches and execute.• Manage billing and performance reports for CAE platforms.• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, identify opportunities for upsell.
Key Qualifications:• Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended.• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in supporting customers to implement and launch technology solutions, ideally in consumer acquisition and loyalty programs, within Financial Services, Digital / Retail / Consumer/ B2B sectors.• Communication Skills: Ability to simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders and clearly explain the platform's value.• Multi-tasking & Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.• Market experience: Extensive knowledge and experience of business development within the north east Asia region with established network across the region• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of loyalty platforms, digital technologies, marketing services, and platform implementation processes.• Complex Environment Management: Ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring alignment and managing expectations from both clients and internal teams.• Experience in personalization and/or consumer marketing/advertisement, and/or established relationships/network with merchants/retailers across the markets is a plus.
