 We’re looking for a talented and experienced Manager of Product Management that will oversee the development and management of our product offerings and be primarily focused on supporting our healthcare industry. This person will lead a team of product managers and drive the development and execution of our product strategy. In addition, the Manager Product Management will own core Reputation Management platform capabilities related to business listings, reviews, surveys, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent leadership skills, and approved ability to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and business objectives. The Manager of Product Management will lead a team of md and entry level product managers globally. 

In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external analysts to ensure our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value. While not required, the ideal candidate will have some knowledge or experience in the healthcare market, understand customer pain points, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director and VP of Product Management to execute on the Product Management vision and business requirements. 

  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver product roadmaps and drive projects to completion.

  • Drive towards product roadmap requests and other project deadlines to ensure product feature objectives are met on time and in association with customer expectations. Engage directly with customers in the healthcare industry to understand their pain points, workflows, and how they interact with our products.

  • Participate in regular product management team meetings to ensure projects are on track. Identify roadblocks and internal barriers if projects are not running smoothly and involve management to help execute deliverables ontime. 

  • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to gather feedback and insights for product improvements and innovations.

  • Leverage insights from market analysts, industry reports, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and development.

  • Collaborate with leadership, other product managers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication.

  • Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (roadmaps, user stories, designs).

  • Guide the Product Marketing team to identify target customers, develop differentiated product messages, articulate key benefits, and execute go-to-market plans.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on execution and achieving business objectives.

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in a technical field (computer science, engineering, physical science).

  • 7+ years in product management with a track record for launching successful v1.0 enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases.

  • 3+ year management experience

  • Experience or knowledge in healthcare industry helpful but not required

  • Proven experience delivering beautifully elegant and simple UI, adopted by thousands of users.

  • Proven experience in product management within the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, technologies, and market dynamics.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
