- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Hong Kong based Technical Specialists
- Managing daily operations, providing mentorship, and guiding career development.
- Building a high-performing team of leaders capable of supporting Arc’teryx’s scale and growth.
- Supporting vendor onboarding, audits, and training in partnership with QA Manager & Sourcing.
- Collaborating with factories to establish and maintain Arc’teryx construction and quality standards.
- Performing risk assessments and approve high-risk models for bulk production readiness.
- Participating in the I2C product creation calendar (design initiations, prototype reviews, etc.).
- Reviewing tech packs, design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and prototypes for feasibility and quality.
- Defining Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) standards, overseeing pilot run and top-of-production (TOP) evaluations.
- Providing technical expertise, root cause analysis, and solutions for quality issues.
- Partnering with the Materials Quality team during prototyping and commercialization phases.
- Reviewing finished goods (FG) testing reports and ensure compliance with Arc’teryx standards.
- Maintaining and updating the Quality General Manufacturing Manual annually.
- Defining and tracking KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to measure vendor qualifications and performance.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and quality systems.
Are you our next Manager, Product Integrity?
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Textiles.
- You bring 10+ years’ experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, with 3-5+ years’ experience managing and developing technical or quality teams
- You have strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes; outdoor technical garment construction experience is an asset
- You have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization.
- You possess excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- You bring strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- You are a strong problem solver, with a creative and collaborative approach to solving challenging problems
- You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
- You have the ability to travel throughout Asia and internationally, as required.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous improvement.
