NVIDIA is seeking a highly hands-on Manager of Product Engineering to lead end-to-end manufacturing execution across North America Mass Production operations, spanning multiple product families and manufacturing sites. This role expands include Datacenter Board, Networking and Physical AI Board and System products in various Production site at American and Mexico. This role is execution‑focused and technically deep, with primary ownership of factory readiness, NPI ramp, and sustaining production in close collaboration with Global Engineering teams in the US/Asia and in‑region manufacturing partners.
This role offers deep exposure to NVIDIA’s advanced hardware platforms and fast‑paced NPI cycles. Your primary responsibility is to personally drive end‑to‑end manufacturing execution - from early NPI builds through MP and acting as the technical owner and first‑line problem solver for factory issues, you will work directly on the manufacturing floor and with Contract Manufacturers to ensure NVIDIA networking products meet quality, yield, performance, and delivery targets at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own day-to-day manufacturing execution across North America sites for assigned product lines. Act as the primary technical point of contact for manufacturing builds, working directly with CM engineers, quality teams, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
Support Global team's NPI ramp and NPI‑to‑MP transitions hands‑on. Support build readiness reviews, pilot builds, ramp plans, and execution tracking. Actively review build results, yield data, and failure paretos, and personally drive technical closure of top issues.
Lead hands‑on factory debugging and issue resolution. Triage yield, quality, material, test, or capacity issues as they arise. Coordinate debug activities, data analysis, and containment actions across CM, suppliers, and NVIDIA engineering teams.
Be the first line of response for factory partner concerns. Clearly communicate technical status, risks, and recovery plans to global partners. Drive multi-functional alignment but remain directly involved until issues are resolved and verified.
Implement global manufacturing standards locally. Ensure global processes, test strategies, data collection, and critical metrics are accurately implemented on the factory floor. Identify gaps and work with global teams to close execution issues.
Actively analyze data and factory metrics. Review yield trends, defect paretos, reliability data, and test coverage. Use data to proactively identify risks, drive corrective actions, and improve factory performance.
Support sustaining production execution. Own technical support for MP builds, engineering changes, deviations, and recovery builds. Ensure changes are accurately validated and accomplished without disrupting production.
Provide light technical mentorship to in-region engineers through hands-on mentorship, technical reviews, and collaborative support, while remaining personally accountable for results.
What We Need to See:
Strong hands‑on experience working with Contract Manufacturers and supporting products through NPI, ramp, and high‑volume manufacturing.
Deep practical understanding of boards and/or systems of manufacturing, including process control, yield improvement, test flows, equipment interactions, and factory data analysis.
Proven track record to personally debug and resolve manufacturing issues, working directly with factory and supplier teams.
Experience collaborating with global engineering teams across time zones to drive execution and issue closure.
BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strengthen language capability and partnership to support effective cross‑regional communication and hands‑on manufacturing execution.
Experience: 10+ overall years in product engineering, manufacturing, quality or supply chain roles, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on execution rather than high‑level management. With 5+ years of people management experience
Travel: Willingness to travel up to ~25%, including on‑site factory support.
