Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Product Development to Design and develop product strategy and capabilities for enterprise software systems and platforms. Duties include: coordinate with technology partners to define and evaluate strategic and holistic solutions across data science, data engineering, and machine learning; emerge data analytics technologies such as AI; build documentation and educational content on software engineering emerging technologies; define methodology and approach to launch new capabilities and features, test their performance, and iterate quality; document user stories with specific acceptance criteria for each story; lead the incident management process as required to support overall issue resolution; participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives; define short and long-term goals and produce high quality wireframes; develop required analysis, synthesize materials, and create presentations to apprise stakeholders and leadership on program milestones and decisions; meet with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and define product features; work with other Product Mangers and Product Owners to determine and manage cross-team dependencies; produce journey maps, solution context diagrams and other strategic artifacts to guide team and stakeholders towards the product vision; and review features and refine user stories with the team members to support the development process. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: GIT, DevOps, XML, or JSON; SAFe Software Development Principles; Web Service APIs, DB2, or MySQL; SQL, Tableau, HTML, or CSS; Software development lifecycle (SDLC); Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Web and mobile application development; Relational database concepts; Product management in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners; and Working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design.
Pay Range: $110406.00/year to $130000.00/year.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
