Position Summary
In this role, the Senior Manager will support key product offerings within the Commercial Product Virtual Care and Retail Health product portfolio.  This individual will drive innovation, evaluate product performance, lead cross-functional initiatives and manage critical operational tasks to ensure overall product health.
Responsibilities

  • Develops product requirements and roadmaps and incorporates feedback from customers/members into the product strategy.

  • Collects and analyzes customer feedback, incorporating findings into the product strategy to create deliverables that match market needs.

  • Manages development projects in accordance with timelines, budgets, and company objectives.

  • Leads critical operational processes required to support the ongoing management of identified products

  • Identifies and documents technical risks and assumptions in plans and recommends contingency plans.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver in critical initiatives to advance our product offerings.

  • Supports the development of a long-term vision and strategy for identified products, communicating new strategies with relevant stakeholders to effectively disseminate project plans.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert for the Virtual Care and Retail Health product portfolio, utilizing functional and working knowledge to complete complex operations in the department.

  • Support sales and Account teams as subject matter expert.

  • Interprets legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements.

**The position can sit anywhere in the US and may be remote or hybrid depending on candidate location.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years proven experience in product, project management, marketing, commercial business operations, or related disciplines.

  • Strong project manager

  • Proven track record in collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Experience with mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate to high degree of complexity.

  • Experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy.

  • Strong Communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
