Manager, Product Development - STL (TraceLink, Inc. – Wilmington, MA):
Job Duties: Responsible for the execution in the platform product area and setting priorities and milestones for all of the product area.
Duties include:
- Managing and coordinating Risks, Timelines, Schedules, Resource Availability, Dependencies, deployment Dates, and Communication.
- Partnering with STOs/STLs and stakeholders to standardize and streamline the deployment processes to accelerate time to market with a complex ecosystem of independently versioned applications spanning multiple domains.
- Partnering with Project Management, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Technical Communications, Compliance, Services, Cloud Operations, and Compliance to manage the planning and execution of software deployments supporting on-time, quality delivery, and meeting business objectives.
- Directing the execution and evaluation of new and existing deployments to identify improvements and measure outcomes in collaboration with the STO.
- Managing and administering Jira.
- Marrying the roadmap with deployment schedules and communicating with product development leadership (STO and STLs) and business stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation.
Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include the following:
- 3 years of experience conducting code review;
- 3 years of experience with authentication, authorization, and secrets management technologies;
- 3 years of experience utilizing Amazon Web Services cloud computing;
- 3 years of experience utilizing Kubernetes;
- 3 years of experience utilizing RxJava, Vert.x, or other reactive programming tools;
- 1 year of experience with Keycloak or similar identity and access management;
- 1 year of experience using OPA policy based access control;
- 1 year of experience using Vault secrets management;
