The Product Launch Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and accountability for high-quality outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, framework-agnostic Web Components and modular micro-frontend UI elements. Implement MVVM architectures, Pub-Sub messaging, and async state management. Diagnose client needs, build ROI/TCO business cases, deliver tailored demos and workshops, act as SME, support RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and solution adoption. Up to 40% travel; Barcelona-based.

Execute account-based prospecting to build pipeline across assigned accounts: research accounts and stakeholders, personalize outreach, qualify inbound leads, support upsell/renewals, document activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing, AEs, SCs, and cross-functional teams to drive meetings and progress opportunities.

Develop AI-powered systems for supply chain workflows. Implement agentic AI features, build backend services, and support testing and validation for AI systems.
