Manager - Product Analytics, Insights & Visualizations
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Product Analytics, Insights & Visualizations to lead digital interaction and engagement analytics across our web and app experiences. This role is central to elevating our analytical rigor, improving visualization quality, and strengthening structured storytelling that drives confident, data‑informed product decisions.
The ideal candidate is equally strong in hands‑on digital analytics, strategic insight development, and coaching analysts to deliver clear, decision‑ready narratives that translate data into meaningful product outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and Advance Digital Product Analytics- Lead all aspects of Product Analytics (Digital), applying deep expertise in digital interaction, engagement, and conversion analysis using Adobe Analytics across web and app ecosystems.
- Drive robust insight development, ensuring digital data is translated into clear, actionable recommendations—not static reporting.
- Maintain a balanced player–coach role, executing complex analyses while elevating the analytical and storytelling capabilities of the team.
- Transform complex digital behavior into executive‑level data visualizations and structured narratives that enable high‑quality, timely decision‑making.
- Ensure analytics outputs directly influence product strategy, prioritization, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
- Own and maintain the continuous Data → Insight → Decision → Action → Learning cycle.
- Partner closely with Product and Experimentation teams to interpret insights, validate hypotheses, and monitor impact through experimentation results and ongoing product development.
- Coach analysts in digital analytics, insight framing, visualization best practices, and actionable recommendation development.
- Champion high standards for analytical rigor, narrative clarity, and visualization excellence.
- Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with Digital Analytics tools, specifically Adobe Analytics.
- Demonstrated success turning analysis into actionable product decisions, beyond dashboards or reporting.
- Experience partnering with Product, UX, Experimentation, or Growth teams to interpret insights and validate outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex digital data sets and surface meaningful patterns, drivers, and opportunities.
- Strong proficiency with Tableau or similar visualization tools, including ability to produce polished, executive-ready dashboards and presentations.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate analytics into clear narratives aligned to business and product goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital product analytics, digital insights, or related roles. Demonstrated experience leading analysts.
Work Location
This position is based at ALSAC’s National Executive Office in Memphis, TN and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
