The Opportunity

Manager of Product Analysts will lead our dedicated team of analysts in driving data-driven decision-making processes across our Strategic Network Solutions organization. As the Manager of Product Analysts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by harnessing the power of data to drive innovation, optimize performance, and enhance the overall customer experience. The individual will lead, inspire, and mentor a team of highly skilled product analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. The indivicual will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define product goals, metrics, and KPIs aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Develop and execute strategies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform product roadmap prioritization, feature development, and go-to-market strategies. Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of product data from multiple sources, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to extract actionable insights. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in product performance, user behavior, and market dynamics, translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for key stakeholders.

Day in the Life

  • Lead and manage a team of product analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product analysis strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success.
  • Define processes and methodologies for product data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to uncover insights and trends.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve product performance and user experience.
  • Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize analysis efforts.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of product analysis processes.
  • Implement tools and technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Present analysis findings and insights to executives, senior management, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders to ensure that analysis efforts align with their needs and priorities.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of product data used for analysis.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in product analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Recognize and reward individual and team achievements.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to product analysis efforts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to proactively identify any deviations or anomalies that may indicate underlying issues.
  • Take appropriate actions to address risks and ensure the successful execution of analysis initiatives.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for the team aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager, Certified Analytics Professional) preferred but not required.
  • Exhibit leadership within the department, champion initiatives, be a change agent, serve as a role model for new employees, and advance department efficiency and client experience objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Handle interviewing, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, compensation, counseling and termination of staff
  • Develop and maintain staff by applying the necessary training and leadership that will allow internal growth and advancement
  • Direct staff, to ensure that all duties are performed according to department performance standards

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Seven (7) years' experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Three (3) years of payments processing or financial service experience preferred. Experience with User Experience and Product Design preferred.
  • Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Other preferred tools: Snowflake, Databricks, MS Excel - Advanced, MS PP, MS Visio

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:

$105,600.00 - $134,600.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
