Responsibilities
Ensure compliance to QMS & EHS legal and other requirements.
Drive and manage Decoration Process Engineering team to align to company strategies and achieve company goals.
Accountable for Decoration Process standard flow chart hours and yield to drive for product costing competitiveness.
Ensure process stability and sustainability for Decoration Process from Final Engineering Pilot until Production Start.
Projects Management for continuous quality, process improvement and cost saving projects.
Controlling process effectiveness, general improvement, environmental, health and safety.
Optimize the balance between cost, manufacturability, and the aesthetic quality of the decoration of the toys.
Manage and control department budget.
Functional leadership of the Decoration Process Engineering team and maintaining the highest technical standards in coaching, training and problem-solving.
Determine and deploy training needs for subordinates.
Contribute to build continuous improvement action plan along with Production to achieve Efficiency, CSP and Quality target.
Works with team on the details to define process capabilities, process instructions, operator instructions, control plans and continuous improvements initiatives.
Delegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability, and review.
Department budget control.
To develop subordinates’ engineering skill.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry. Any other Engineering discipline may be considered.
working experience with at least 3 years of people management experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Chemical and Surface coating experience.
Able to communicate and to all levels of the hierarchy adjusting approach depending on the targeted audience.
Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLC, Solid Work, Auto CAD will be an added advantage.
Lean Practitioner Certification will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
