JOB PURPOSE
Acquiring, growing and deepening Personalized Banking customer relationships through
effective relationship management while achieving target assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the responsibilities that must be achieved and major activities that are to be carried out in order
to achieve the key result areas: -
- Acquire and nurture relationships with HNW clients with the objective of strengthening customer relationship and generating targeted revenue.
- The Relationship Director is expected to establish and develop relationships by providing high level of customer service and solutions of the HNW clients’ Financial, Investment and Personal needs.
- The Relationship Director is to provide solutions and support to ensure smooth running of the entire end-to-end business activities.
- To manage clients’ experience and expectations ie clients’ wealth and no major complaint lead to financial losses and litigation.
- To assist in business process review and develop processes to build the business, help close gaps among various stakeholders.
- Undertake any other job functions, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
KEY DECISION
- All decisions that have obtained management approvals in relations to strategic plans and programs to acquire, grow and deepening HNW Personalized Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management while achieving target assigned through coaching and training the sales members.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
- Possess licenses in IPPC, FIMM, CEILLI, PCEIA Life & General & TBE.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to converse in different languages will be an advantage.
- Good marketing and sales management skills.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Assertive and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Possess good problem-solving skills and customer focused disposition.
- Team player, good interpersonal skill, committed and trustworthy.
